A free underground car park is available in the apartment building. There is an electric charging station for electric cars (for a fee).
 

Your four-legged friends are part of the family and are of course welcome in our Private Homes. Please understand that your pets are not allowed in the restaurant, in the spa area and on the sunbathing lawn at the Tuxerhof.

Regardless of whether you want to spend a few days or a long weekend with us, we will make you feel welcome. We would however, like to make you aware that enquiries for a short stay in the off season, or according to availability can only be considered approx. 2-3 weeks before your planned arrival.
 

All prices are per person and night, incl. VAT, excl. local tax. Prices are based on the current occupancy rate. This flexible price model is advantageous to those who book as early as possible.


Local tax: € 2,50 per person and night (from 15 years of age)

Our younger guests receive a reduction depending on age, apartment category and season.

Deposit: On receipt of confirmation of reservation, we request a deposit of € 1000 per apartment to be paid into our account within 3 weeks per EU-transfer free of charge:

At certain peak times of the season, we reserve the right to confirm your booking once a deposit of 50% on the package price has been received.
 

• Room cancellations are only valid in writing. In the event of early departure, late arrival or cancellation within one month before the date of arrival, we will charge 80 % of the total prive. (Exception: note “Travel cancellation insurance”).
• Cancellation insurance: To save you and us unnecessary trouble, we have insured all guests against cancellation! In the event of illness, accident or death of the insured person, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents before the holiday or during the stay, the insurance will reimburse you. The insurance premium is € 15 per person and stay and will be charges separately. Our insurance also covers you in the event of a travel warning for Austria. If you do not wish to make use of this insurance, we kindly ask you to inform us separately when making your reservation. Please note that we no longer take our travel cancellation insurance for bookings made at short notice up to 4 weeks before arrival.
